Is RazaPro a CPA firm?
No. RazaPro provides bookkeeping, payroll tax, sales tax, and LLC formation support services, but does not hold CPA, EA, or attorney credentials and does not represent clients before the IRS. Work that requires a licensed CPA, EA, or attorney should be handled by one directly.
How does the trial engagement work?
Every new client or firm relationship starts with a trial engagement on a defined, limited scope of work. This lets you evaluate the quality and turnaround of the work directly before committing to an ongoing arrangement, with no obligation to continue afterward.
Do you work with accounting firms, small businesses, or both?
Both. Accounting firms use RazaPro as overflow capacity for client write-up, payroll tax, and sales tax work, especially during tax season. Small businesses use RazaPro directly for ongoing bookkeeping and filing support without hiring an in-house accountant.
How is client financial data kept secure?
Access to accounting, payroll, or filing systems is granted by the client under a client-controlled access model, limited to what’s needed for the agreed scope of work, and revoked by the client at the end of an engagement. See the security page for the full model.
How much does outsourced bookkeeping cost?
Bookkeeping starts at $50/month for up to 150 transactions, $75/month for 151–300 transactions, and $100/month for 301–500 transactions (up to 5 financial accounts at every tier). Bundling in sales tax or payroll tax support raises the monthly price — see the pricing page for the full package breakdown. Which accounting software does RazaPro support?
RazaPro works inside whatever accounting, payroll, or filing software a client or firm already uses rather than requiring a migration to a new platform, so there’s no software switching cost to start an engagement.
